The Battle for the Heart of Europe

I will yield to my normal reportage of Vienna impressions later in the week, but for now I have some fantastic news! There are, at last, palpable signs that Vienna, and, one can only hope, Austria and all of Europe, is finally waking up to the fact that, if they don’t react to the foreign invasion that threatens to completely overwhelm them, and soon, they will have lost their culture, their civilization, and, indeed, eventually, even their lives due to nothing more than apathy and suicidal tolerance. Lunching with Liberals

 

Normally, when I talk to friends over a cocktail I try to remember that sage adage about never talking about politics and/or religion. I think that’s been good advice up to a point, but the reality is, when you are surrounded by liberal women who want to make a point that Donald Trump is a “psychopath”, it’s probably time to lay aside any quaint notions about going along to get along and lay down a few broadsides for the, well, broad sides you’re talking to. So it was at a luncheon I attended today.
